Today is an exciting (and somewhat scary) day!

For the first time, I’m publicly sharing the launch of my company, Diverse City Labs.

Even though this blog post is a big first step, Diverse City Labs has been in existence for a bit longer than just one day. 

This company has been a labor of love for the last 2 years, emerging as a way for me to connect with people like you through my love of teaching, consulting and tackling the most daunting diversity and inclusion challenges.
