Strategy School

Strategy School is a two-month online course in strategic planning for intentionally designed diversity and inclusion initiatives. We will walk you through a step-by-step, structured approach to the strategic planning process with applications to real world examples.

Key take=aways include best practices for assembling your team, setting the stage, defining objectives and action steps, measuring and tracking your progress, and communicating your results.

While the course modules will be released on specific dates, the course materials will be available with unlimited access so that you may complete the course at your convenience.

Enrollment also includes access to a private Facebook Community Group for intensive guidance by the instructor and interaction with other participants.
